Build the GTM playbook for our applied-AI product track in the logistics sector — across Germany and Europe.
ARCIS works with companies in the logistics sector. This project develops the go-to-market and sales strategy for our product track: identify the most attractive customer segments, sharpen positioning, validate needs, and design a practical outreach and pilot acquisition plan.
Project scope
- Segmentation across the logistics sector in Germany and Europe
- ICP definition and buyer-persona mapping
- Competitor and alternative-solution analysis
- Positioning and messaging for different personas
- Outreach angles, narrative and pilot proposal structure
- Lead research and prioritization logic
Research & engineering questions
- Which segments are the best early adopters?
- Which buyer persona feels the strongest pain?
- How should ARCIS communicate value without sounding like a generic AI tool?
- What proof points convert discovery calls into paid pilots?
Ideal profile
Target programs: TUM Master of Science in Management (M.Sc. Management) or TUM Master of Science in Management & Technology (M.Sc. MMT). The role is framed as a TUM Project Study. Interest in entrepreneurship, B2B sales, GTM strategy, market research or consulting-style analysis is a plus. No technical background or prior logistics knowledge required. Working-student or internship arrangements for equivalent strategy work are also welcome.

- 6 months part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) or alternatively, 3 months full-time.
- Ideally 2–5 Master’s students, but individual applications are also welcome.
- Project can start immediately or upon agreement.
