Build the GTM playbook for our applied-AI product track in the logistics sector — across Germany and Europe.

ARCIS works with companies in the logistics sector. This project develops the go-to-market and sales strategy for our product track: identify the most attractive customer segments, sharpen positioning, validate needs, and design a practical outreach and pilot acquisition plan.

Project scope

  • Segmentation across the logistics sector in Germany and Europe
  • ICP definition and buyer-persona mapping
  • Competitor and alternative-solution analysis
  • Positioning and messaging for different personas
  • Outreach angles, narrative and pilot proposal structure
  • Lead research and prioritization logic

Research & engineering questions

  • Which segments are the best early adopters?
  • Which buyer persona feels the strongest pain?
  • How should ARCIS communicate value without sounding like a generic AI tool?
  • What proof points convert discovery calls into paid pilots?
